SUNRISE, Fla. – Florida Panthers President of Hockey Operations & General Manager Dale Tallon announced today that the club has recalled forward Maxim Mamin from Florida’s American Hockey League affiliate, the Springfield Thunderbirds.
Mamin, 22, has appeared in 23 games with Springfield registering 15 points (6-9-15). He has produced three multi-point games with the Thunderbirds and has posted three points (2-1-3) over his last two games.
The 6-foot-2, 191-pound native of Moscow, Russia, is in the midst of his first season of hockey in North America after spending the previous three seasons playing in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).
