T-Birds Partnering with Covanta
Apr 6, 2017The Springfield Thunderbirds are once again pleased to partner with Covanta during the 2016-17 season.
On Friday, April 14, when the Thunderbirds face the Bridgeport Sound Tigers at the MassMutual Center, fans are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to the Covanta concourse table. In exchange, Covanta will provide the donating fans a branded draw-string backpack.
Food items will be donated by Covanta to the Open Pantry of Springfield.
With a global network of Energy - from - Waste facilities, Covanta is preserving valuable natural resources and generating clean energy for their client communities and the world we live in.
