What are my parking options?

There are parking spots and garages within the City of Springfield Parking Authority (SPA). For a list of parking options within the SPA, click here.

Alternatively, free parking is available 24/7 at MGM Springfield (1 MGM Way), and on-street parking is free (where available) after 6 p.m. on weekdays and at all times on weekends.

If you bring your T-Birds game ticket to White Lion Brewing (within Tower Square) before a Thunderbirds game, White Lion will validate parking at the Tower Square Garage.

 

What is the MassMutual Center's bag policy?

  • No Bags, backpacks, or brief cases except for: 
             1. Clutch/Purse no larger than 5"x 7"        
             2. Medical Bag        
             3. Diaper Bag (with child in attendance)

Is there a maximum number of additional tickets I can purchase for each game?

There is no limit on how many tickets you can purchase. Group rates are available for groups of 10 or more people.

What can I do with past game tickets I did not use?

Unused 2023-24 Full and 22-Game Membership tickets from games that have already been played may be exchanged for a complimentary ticket to a future 2023-24 season home game under our season ticket holder benefit “Never Waste a Ticket Program*."

You may exchange the tickets at the MassMutual Center box office or mail the tickets to the Springfield Thunderbirds ticket office. All exchanges will be on a ticket-for-ticket basis and filled with the best available seats (comparable to your current seat location).

No refunds will be issued for any difference in the value of exchanged tickets. Tickets already exchanged cannot be exchanged multiple times. Partial tickets will not be accepted; the whole ticket must be available for a season ticket to be exchanged. Exchanged tickets must be surrendered and will not be returned.

What is the cost for additional tickets (for Full, 22-Game, and 10-Game members)?

How many Bring-a-Friend vouchers do I receive with my plan?

  • Full Season Memberships = Four Bring-a-Friend vouchers per paid membership 
  • 22-Game Memberships = Two Bring-a-Friend vouchers per paid membership

What if I don’t know which games I want to redeem my flex vouchers for yet?

No problem. You can redeem your flex vouchers at any time during the season. Please note - vouchers do not guarantee seats (tickets based on availability).

I have 11 people who want to come to a game, but only have 10 vouchers….?

You can always purchase an additional ticket at full price or contact your Thunderbirds Representative to purchase another 10-Flex.

Can I redeem my flex vouchers online?

What are the fees associated with purchasing single game tickets?

ONLINE (24 hours a day)

  • Additional fees may apply when ordering tickets online or over the phone
  • Please note that these fees are imposed by the MassMutual Center Box Office.

BOX OFFICE (M-F 10am to 4pm - extended hours on game days)

  • There are currently no fees when you walk up to purchase a ticket at the MassMutual Center Box Office Window.

I couldn't make it to the game. Can I exchange my ticket or get my money back?

No exchanges are allowed for individual game tickets. This stipulation is clearly marked on each ticket. Full and 22-Game Season Ticket Holder tickets may be exchanged under the "Never Waste a Ticket Program"; subject to availability. There is no refund for tickets.

What happens if I couldn't make it because of the weather?

All Springfield Thunderbirds games are 'Rain or Shine' events. Only extreme inclement weather may cause games to be canceled or postponed. Neither rain nor snow, are considered inclement weather. Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone a game, this information will be posted as soon as it is determined via www.springfieldthunderbirds.com and numerous social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, etc.).

How do I order accessible seating?

Accessible seating is available for all events at the MassMutual Center. The MassMutual Center is equipped with elevators as well as special seating areas to accommodate your needs. Accessible parking is available directly across the street in the Civic Center Garage Accessible Seating can be purchased by contacting the Thunderbirds Office at (413) 739-GOAL or the MassMutual Center Box Office at (413) 787-6600 or in person at the main box office. It is recommended that accessible seating is purchased in advance so that our staff can best recommend how to serve your needs.

What should I do if I lose my tickets?

Season Ticket Holders - Tickets will only be replaced upon written notification from the current season ticket holder.

Single Game Buyers - Tickets will only be replaced with a valid ID and confirmation number or the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

Do you have a military discount?

The Thunderbirds are proud to offer special pricing options to active and veteran military personnel. Please note this offer is available at the MassMutual Center box office only - valid for 1 ticket per military ID.

How can I get a birthday name on video board?

Birthday names can be booked on the scoreboard by phoning 413.739.GOAL. Bookings must be received two business days before the requested game.
